Louis Dauw
General, Finance & Legal Director
Louis obtained a Master's in Law in 2016 and an advanced Master's in Notarial Law in 2017, both at Ghent University. After his studies, he successfully completed his three-year notarial traineeship. He then spent several years supporting various notary offices across East and West Flanders as a self-employed notarial jurist.
In July 2024, Louis joined Amory Vastgoed. He is responsible for the legal and business handling of files, oversees the bookkeeping and administration, and holds the general and strategic leadership of the office.
Louis believes that solid organisation and structure, together with well-founded legal agreements and contracts, form the foundation of a strong real estate agency.
Ann-Sofie Vandermander

Ann-Sofie founded Amory Vastgoed in Ghent in January 2023. She has been active in the real estate sector since 2015. With more than 10 years of experience, she guides clients through the sale and rental of residential real estate.
Ann-Sofie worked for years as a licensed real estate agent in the Ghent area, in recent years from Amory Vastgoed's head office in the centre of Ghent. Since June 2026, she has focused on the Damme and Bruges real estate market from the branch office in Sijsele.
Ann-Sofie believes that a calm approach and presence make all the difference, creating a sense of trust for seller and buyer, and for landlord and tenant alike.
Anne Sophie Tanghe

Anne Sophie is a licensed real estate agent and has been active in the sector since 2013. With more than 10 years of experience, she guides clients through the sale and rental of both commercial and residential real estate in East Flanders and, thanks to her West Flemish roots, regularly beyond as well.
With her background in home staging, Anne Sophie has a sharp eye for both the large and small details that make a property truly stand out. She firmly believes that a strong presentation of a property, combined with thoughtful marketing, makes all the difference in a successful sale or rental.
With her personal approach, sense of aesthetics and professional guidance, she consistently focuses on trust, presentation and a smooth real estate experience.

Bart is a licensed real estate agent with a thorough specialisation in property management and nearly 10 years of experience in the sector. He values personal contact with clients and aims to be their eyes and ears in the real estate market, as a trusted partner.
